  • I live in an awareness there is something bigger within us, not outside of us. We do not live to reach a heaven but instead have that heaven within us. It is just hidden under the debris of societal and parental conditioning, self-limiting beliefs, and old patterns.

Learning to connect with our True Self, we can start to break away from what is holding us down or holding us back. There is no one size fits all to this process. I have used a variety of modalities and rituals to connect with my True Self, my Higher Being, God, or Spirit—whatever we decide to call It. I work with you to help you find your way to rediscovering You.

  • There is no one size fits all. Our journey is an individual, personal process. My role as a coach is to help you clear the debris to the discovery of your True Self.

We work one on one in a variety of ways which may include reconnecting with our child self, exploring and finding meaning in past transitions, looking ahead at the next, and creating practical steps toward a deeper, meaningful here and now.

Disclaimer: I am not a therapist. I do not diagnosis or treat. The services I offer is based off the work I have done as a nurse caring for populations across the life continuum, the lessons I have learned caring for the dying, and my own inner work.

  • Reiki is an energy transmission often shared through the hands by gentle touch, but it can also be administered remotely. It is a natural type of energy designed as a mode for healing by Dr, Mikao Usui in the early 1900’s. In 1937, Reiki was brought to the U.S by Mrs. Hawayo Takata.

Rei means spirit, divine. Ki means breath, energy. Reiki is often defined as “universal life-force energy.”

My offerings to provide a Reiki healing session include in person and remote Reiki healings, group healings, and collaborative work with yoga and meditation teachers.

I accept students as a one-to-one experience. At this time, I do not provide group teachings beyond level 1. Reiki is a practice, and it is up to each person where they want to take it, how they wish to implement it, and what they want Reiki to mean to them. We each learn in different ways and on different timelines. Beyond Reiki 1, which is where we lay the foundation of Reiki, teaching is a mentorship with the student being the lead navigator, creating their own Reiki practice on a solid foundation.

  • I believe in community care which includes community education. I am passionate about teaching on death and dying, moving through transitions in life, and taking care of your mind, body, and spirit.
